PA resin, compounded halogen-free flame retardant, glass fiber, compatibilizer, antioxidant and lubricant are added into a high-speed mixer in proportion for mixing, the mixed material is extruded and molded through a twin-screw extruder, the extruded and molded material is cooled and shaped through a cooling water tank, and the cooled and shaped material is cut to obtain the halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced PA material with the required size. The halogen-free flame-retardant reinforced PA material prepared by the present invention adopts nano fillers and modifiers as main components, which can effectively improve the flame retardant performance of the PA material while maintaining its excellent mechanical properties and thermal stability. The adoption of halogen-free flame retardant avoids the harm of traditional halogen-containing flame retardants to the environment and human health.
