Present invention provides a preparation method of a modified transparent polycarbonate material with a speckle effect. In the preparation method, polycarbonate is fed through a main feeder of a twin-screw extruder, and speckles are fed through a side feeder; wherein a toothed disc matched with a baffle ring is used as a mixing element after side feeding; the raw materials comprise polycarbonate and speckles. The method retains the complete lamellar structure of the speckles; the thickness of the baffle ring realizes the function of blocking the melt, while the thin top end and large gap help avoid damage to the lamellar structure of the speckles by the shear force generated when the melt passes through the gap between the baffle ring and the extruder barrel, ensuring uniform distribution of the speckles without damaging the structure. The prepared material can be used in the fields of consumer electronic product casings, household appliance casings, etc.
