The mixed material is then fed into a twin-screw extruder for extrusion molding to produce the composite material. The waste polystyrene foam recycling method disclosed herein enables efficient, rapid, and safe recovery and reuse of discarded polystyrene foam. It features high recovery rates, low costs, minimal energy consumption, and suitability for industrial-scale application. Products manufactured from recycled material exhibit excellent overall performance, stability, and extended service life.
