The present invention relates to a method for preparing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibers via high-concentration gel spinning. It involves gradually heating a suspension of UHMWPE resin and spinning solvent. The resulting spinning stock solution is then processed through a twin-screw extruder and spinning tank to produce gel fibers. These gel fibers undergo solvent removal, drying, and ultra-high draw ratio stretching to yield UHMWPE fibers. Compared to existing techniques, this invention controls temperature and emulsification time to achieve swelling and dissolution while avoiding feeding difficulties caused by excessive swelling. Suitable for industrial production, this method yields UHMWPE fibers with superior performance.
