The matte transparent PC resin material comprises:
PC resin 95–99 parts, organic resin matting agent 1–5 parts, compatibilizer 0.5–2 parts, antioxidant 0.1–1 part, and lubricant 0.1–0.5 parts.
The present invention also relates to a preparation method for the material, comprising the following steps: (a) mixing PC resin, organic resin matting agent, compatibilizer, antioxidant, and lubricant in a mixing stirrer; (b) co-extruding and pelletizing the mixture obtained in step (a) using a twin-screw extruder.
The method of the present invention is simple and easy to implement.
The organic resin matting agent selected in the present invention reduces the surface gloss of PC without affecting the transparency of the PC resin.
The resulting PC resin exhibits both a matte finish and transparency.
The compatibilizer improves the dispersion of the matting agent in the PC matrix, reduces the impact of the matting agent on the impact strength of PC, and ensures more uniform gloss.
