The present invention discloses a modified polymer plastic tray and its preparation method, falling within the field of polymer materials technology. It comprises: mixing linear low-density polyethylene, polypropylene, calcium stearate, fumaric acid-based acrylamide, and nano-cellulose in a high-shear mixer, followed by extrusion through a twin-screw extruder and pelletization. The pellets are then injection molded in an injection molding machine to produce the modified polymer plastic tray. The modified polymer plastic pallet produced by this invention achieves a tensile strength of 112.6 MPa, an impact strength of 516 J/m², and an antibacterial area of 369 cm². The resulting modified polymer plastic pallet not only exhibits environmental friendliness but also further enhances the material's mechanical properties, heat resistance, and antibacterial properties, expanding the application scope of plastic pallets.
