An irradiation-crosslinked long glass fiber reinforced high-temperature resistant nylon composite material, comprising: polyamide resin 45~90 parts, long glass fiber 10~60 parts, stabilizer 0.1~3 parts, crosslinking sensitizer 0.1~5 parts, lubricant 0.1~1 part, functional filler 0.1~5 parts. The preparation method comprises: I. Pre-mixing the stabilizer, crosslinking sensitizer, lubricant, and functional filler in a high-speed mixer to produce a powder mixture; 2. Feed the polyamide resin and powder mixture in the specified ratio through a loss-in-weight feeder into the main feed port of a twin-screw extruder. Melt and plasticize the mixture in the extruder, then extrude through a long glass fiber die head. Pelletize and dry to obtain the irradiation-crosslinked, long glass fiber-reinforced, high-temperature-resistant nylon composite material. The irradiation-crosslinked long glass fiber reinforced polyamide composite material of this invention exhibits no melt collapse under localized 400°C temperatures and certain loads, enabling components to maintain high dimensional stability under extreme thermal conditions.
