The present invention discloses a continuous glass fiber reinforced high-density polyethylene/nylon 12 alloy prepreg tape material suitable for manufacturing high-temperature resistant RTP pipes. The raw material composition, by weight parts, comprises: 75 parts high-density polyethylene; 25-50 parts nylon 12; 80–300 parts continuous glass fiber; 1–8 parts compatibilizer; 0.1–1.5 parts antioxidant; 0.5–8 parts toughener. The invention further provides a method for preparing the continuous glass fiber-reinforced high-density polyethylene/ nylon 12 alloy prepreg, comprising: uniformly blending raw materials excluding continuous glass fibers, conveying them via loss-in-weight feeding to a high-torque twin-screw extruder for melt compounding, subjecting the mixture to vacuum treatment, then feeding it into an impregnation mold for impregnation with continuous glass fibers to obtain the continuous glass fiber-reinforced high-density polyethylene/nylon 12 alloy prepreg material.
