The present invention discloses a plastic filling masterbatch, belonging to the technical field of plastics, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15–40 parts of polypropylene resin, 50–80 parts of talc powder composite material, 3–8 parts of high-density polyethylene toughening component, 4–6 parts of compatibilizer, and 1–2 parts of lubricant. The talc powder composite material is a composite product composed of talc powder and a metal-organic framework. The present invention also discloses a preparation method of the filling masterbatch: adding the raw materials into an internal mixer according to the ratio, mixing uniformly to obtain a mixture, feeding the mixture into a twin-screw extruder for extrusion and pelletization at an extrusion and pelletization temperature of 160–180°C to obtain the plastic filling masterbatch. Using polypropylene resin as the carrier and the talc powder composite material and high-density polyethylene toughening component as fillers, the filling masterbatch is used to prepare plastic products such as films, pipes, sheets and injection molded products, and can improve the mechanical properties, flame retardant properties and low VOC characteristics of plastic products.
