The invention relates to the technical field of 3D printing, in particular to an ABS composite material for large-scale industrial FDM 3D printed products, and a preparation method and application thereof. The ABS composite material takes ABS as the matrix and waste biomass powder as the filler, and is prepared by melt blending via a twin-screw extruder and pelletizing after extrusion. After FDM 3D printing, the ABS composite material provided by the invention can significantly reduce the maximum warpage of printed sheets compared with traditional pure ABS material, improving the warpage deformation of large-sized products by up to 91%. It provides a new solution to the warpage of large-scale products in current FDM 3D printing and is expected to be widely used in the 3D printing field. The ABS composite material features simple preparation process, wide raw material sources and low cost, has remarkable advantages in green manufacturing and sustainable development, and shows broad market application prospects.
