The invention discloses a high-toughness plastic toy, belonging to the technical field of children's toy injection molding. It is injection-molded from ABS resin mixture pellets. The ABS resin mixture comprises the following components in parts by mass: 14–22 parts of ABS graft powder, 60 parts of SAN resin, 20 parts of PMMA, 0–10 parts of EMA, 1 part of EBA, 0.13–0.17 parts of MAGST, and 1 part of SPEP. The high-toughness toy can be prepared by fully mixing the ABS resin mixture, blending and extruding via a twin-screw extruder at 190–210℃ for granulation to obtain ABS resin mixture pellets. After drying, the pellets are injection-molded at 200℃ via an injection molding machine with a preset mold. By adjusting the ratio of ABS graft powder to EMA, the toughness of the ABS resin can be toughened and modified.
