The method comprises the following steps: mixing polyamide 6 chips with carbon black, extruding and granulating via a twin-screw extruder to obtain a core layer component; mixing polyamide 6 chips with nano-titanium oxide, nano-zinc oxide and conductive additive, extruding and granulating via a twin-screw extruder to obtain an intermediate layer component; mixing polyamide 6 chips with nano-titanium oxide and composite conductive agent, extruding and granulating via a twin-screw extruder to obtain a sheath layer component; drying the core layer component, intermediate layer component and sheath layer component respectively, and in a three-component composite spinning machine, after melt extrusion and filtration, spinning at the inlet of the spinneret orifice through respective channels, cooling, drawing, forming and winding to obtain the composite conductive fiber. The three-component composite of core layer, intermediate layer and sheath layer forms a conductive fiber with a sheath-core structure, which has good mechanical strength, acid and alkali resistance and tensile properties.
