Firstly, the filler is preliminarily treated to obtain a filler mixture, then the polymer-containing material is preliminarily treated to obtain a material mixture, polyhydroxyalkanoate, filler mixture and material mixture are added into a twin-screw extruder, and then a rheology modifier is added to obtain a melt blend; finally, the melt blend is extruded and cooled to prepare the required PHA composition. As a coating layer, the PHA composition not only has low pungent odor and low environmental impact, but also has high paper-plastic composite strength.
