The invention relates to a high-temperature-resistant low-halogen high-flame-retardant polyolefin material, comprising the following components in parts by mass: 20~25 parts of ethylene‑vinyl acetate copolymer; 5~8 parts of EPDM rubber; 8~12 parts of polyethylene elastomer; 5~10 parts of graft compatibilizer; 40~53 parts of flame retardant; 6.1~9.8 parts of additives; wherein the vinyl acetate content of the ethylene‑vinyl acetate copolymer is 26%~28%. The invention also relates to a preparation method of a high-temperature-resistant low-halogen high-flame-retardant polyolefin material, comprising: banburying all raw materials in proportion at 155‑165℃ to obtain molten lumps; then performing twin-cone feeding, shearing and discharging in a twin-screw extruder at a shearing temperature of 120‑145℃; then pelletizing through a single-screw extruder at a pelletizing temperature of 135~155℃; finally air-cooling and pelletizing the pelletized material, then collecting, cooling and packaging to obtain the high-temperature-resistant low-halogen high-flame-retardant polyolefin material. The invention also relates to an application of a high-temperature-resistant low-halogen high-flame-retardant polyolefin material in electric wires and cables.
