With polypropylene as the main matrix, linear low-density polyethylene and polyolefin elastomer are adopted as toughening agents. Both are olefin polymers with high melt strength and good compatibility with polypropylene. The collocation of low-cost linear low-density polyethylene and high-performance polyolefin elastomer balances production cost and impact resistance. Flame retardants and mineral fillers are added to enhance flame retardancy, and rat repellents are incorporated to prevent rodent damage. Meanwhile, special screw elements are used in the twin-screw extruder to increase feeding capacity, reduce shear heat and melt temperature, and lower the odor grade of the material.
