The invention relates to a high-transparency, high-impact and halogen-free flame retardant modified polycarbonate material as well as its preparation method and application. The material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0‑35 parts of homopolycarbonate resin; 50‑95 parts of silicon copolymerized polycarbonate resin; 5‑15 parts of flame retardant; 0.1‑1 part of silicone synergistic flame retardant; 0.1‑0.4 parts of auxiliary agents. The preparation method: mixing all raw materials uniformly, feeding into a twin-screw extruder, setting the barrel temperature at 200‑250℃ and the screw speed at 200‑500 rpm, followed by cooling and granulation to obtain the target modified material. Compared with the prior art, the material features high transparency, low haze, excellent impact resistance and stable flame retardancy.
