The steps are as follows: mixing the first elastomer, the second elastomer, maleic anhydride powder, initiator and antioxidant to prepare the first composition; blending BPS powder, silicone resin, stearate and flame retardant synergist to prepare the second composition; kneading the first composition in an internal mixer, adding the second composition in batches for continuous kneading, then extruding and granulating the kneaded material by a screw extruder to prepare BPS/silicone flame retardant masterbatch; finally, mixing PA66, flame retardant masterbatch, lubricant and antioxidant uniformly, and performing extrusion granulation with a twin-screw extruder to obtain the high-toughness flame retardant PA66 composite material. The invention improves the flame retardancy of PA66 and effectively reduces the addition amount of BPS in the flame retardant system.
