The invention relates to a thermoplastic low-density, high-performance, low-smoke, halogen-free and high-flame-retardant polyolefin material, comprising: 20~30 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 10~15 parts of high-density polyethylene, 5~10 parts of polyethylene elastomer, 5~10 parts of grafted compatibilizer, 43~52 parts of flame retardant and 3~5 parts of processing aids. The vinyl acetate content of EVA is 16%~20% with a melt index of 3~6 g/10min; the melt index of HDPE is 6~8 g/10min. The invention further discloses its preparation method: mixing all raw materials proportionally and banburying at 160‑165℃; adopting two-stage conical feeding, performing shearing and discharging in a twin-screw extruder at 120‑145℃; conducting single-screw extrusion granulation at 135~155℃; and finally completing air-cooled pelletizing to obtain the finished polyolefin material.
