Abrasion-resistant nylon composite material and its production method

The invention discloses a wear-resistant nylon composite material and its production method in the field of polymer composite materials. The composite is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 21‑24 parts of polyphenylene ether aromatic polyamide, 15‑18 parts of polyhexamethylene sebacamide, 7‑10 parts of polymetaphenylene isophthalamide, 4‑6 parts of UPE micro-powder and 5‑8 parts of linear polyethylene. The raw materials are vacuum dried and premixed, then melt-blended in a twin-screw extruder, cooled by cooling equipment and cut into particles by a pelletizer. The pellets are secondarily dried and screened, followed by reinforcement and flame-retardant modification. Finally, the modified pellets are processed into finished products via injection molding, extrusion and blow molding. The composite material features excellent wear resistance and high mechanical strength.
