The invention discloses a preparation process of high-toughness modified PC/ABS composite materials. Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, polycarbonate, modified cholic acid, epoxy nano-silica and carbon nanotube modified imidazole are blended and extruded by a twin-screw extruder to prepare high-toughness modified PC/ABS composite materials. During extrusion, hydroxyl groups in modified cholic acid and carbon nanotube modified imidazole react with epoxy nano-silica via ring-opening reaction to form organic-inorganic hybrid particles. These particles intertwine with PC and ABS molecular chains to build a crosslinked network and improve tensile performance and toughness. Carbon nanotubes further strengthen mechanical properties. Quaternary ammonium groups, imidazole groups and sulfur elements contained in functional components jointly endow the material with excellent antibacterial performance.
