The invention belongs to the technical field of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and discloses a high-temperature resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber and its preparation method. The steps are as follows: mixing aluminate coupling agent, processing aids and halloysite nanotubes, and extruding and pelletizing by a twin-screw extruder to prepare a binary blended composite. The composite is mixed with polycarbonate particles, processing aids, dispersants, graphene and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, followed by uniform blending, twin-screw extrusion and cooling to obtain the target fiber. The prepared fiber has a heat distortion temperature of 131℃ and a thermal decomposition termination temperature of 540.8℃, showing excellent high-temperature resistance and thermal stability, which broadens the application scope of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber.
