High-Fluidity PA66 Material and Preparation Method Thereof

The invention provides a high-fluidity PA66 material and its preparation method. A PA66/PA12T copolymer is synthesized first. Snowflake-shaped ceramic particles are added under heating and stirring. Antioxidant 1098 and silicone additives are blended to obtain a homogeneous mixture. The mixture is fed into a twin-screw extruder for extrusion and pelletizing. After drying, the pellets are injection molded to produce high-fluidity PA66 products. The snowflake-shaped ceramic filler composed of porous TiO₂ film and hexagonal zinc oxide crystals disrupts hydrogen bonding between PA66 molecular chains and reduces melt viscosity. It regulates crystallization behavior, lowers crystallinity and crystal size, and improves molecular chain mobility, thereby significantly enhancing material fluidity.
