The method mainly uses a T-shaped single twin screw extruder. The lactam monomer is mixed and reacted with alkali metal catalyst through a single screw before entering the twin screw extruder. It is mixed and reacted with the polyurethane prepolymer that has been preliminarily reacted in the twin screw extruder, and extruded. After water cooling and particle cutting, the nylon elastomer is obtained. The present invention solves the problem of low conversion rate of cyclic polymerization of lactam monomers, and adopts screw continuous extrusion reaction instead of traditional kettle intermittent polymerization process to significantly improve production efficiency and stability. Especially, by controlling the viscosity of materials through reaction degree, there is no problem of high molecular weight and crosslinking degree caused by anionic polymerization, which leads to products that cannot be thermoplastic processed. It can be applied in the fields of automobiles, sports goods, medical, electrical appliances, sealing materials, foaming substrates, etc., just like normal kettle intermittent polymerization of nylon elastomers.
