The preparation method comprises: stirring and dispersing the diol with optionally added catalyst and antioxidant at 95–105°C to obtain precursor B; amino-modified 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one into a twin-screw extruder to extrude a highly biocompatible bulk antimicrobial and antifungal TPU material.
