The invention provides a highly wear-resistant POM/TPU/graphene composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises, in parts by weight, melt-blending 89–91 parts of polyoxymethylene with 0.28–0.32 parts of graphene to prepare a POM/graphene primary material, then adding it together with 9–11 parts of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer into a disc-type solid-phase force chemical reactor for co-milling and pulverizing, collecting composite powder, and melt-extruding and pelletizing the obtained composite powder via a twin-screw extruder to obtain the highly wear-resistant POM/TPU/graphene composite material. The invention uses solid-state shear milling technology (S³M) to achieve uniform dispersion of graphene. Meanwhile, when graphene is added at a specific dosage, the co-milling process with polyoxymethylene leads to an exceptionally significant improvement in the friction coefficient and specific wear rate of the final sample, laying a foundation for subsequent research on the wear resistance of graphene-reinforced composite polymer materials.
