The present invention discloses a low-odor, high-melt-index thin-wall injection-molded polypropylene and its preparation method. Using polypropylene, a degrading agent, a nucleating agent, an aqueous solution of cocoyl amide propyl betaine, antioxidant, and calcium stearate as raw materials. A high-performance polypropylene material is prepared via a twin-screw extruder. The addition of a coconut oil foaming agent aqueous solution utilizes its hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties to generate an abundance of microbubbles. These microbubbles extract volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the melt, which are subsequently removed through vacuum extraction, ultimately enhancing the odor performance of the PP material. The aqueous solution of cocamidopropyl betaine achieves more uniform mixing compared to solid blends. Cocamidopropyl betaine inherently possesses antibacterial properties, providing excellent antimicrobial performance for thin-wall injection-molded polypropylene. Additionally, its inherent antistatic properties enhance the post-processing performance of thin-wall injection-molded polypropylene.
