The present invention provides a preparation method and application of a corrosion-resistant composite material tunnel bridge, belonging to the technical field of composite material products. The preparation method comprises the steps: S1, mixing 85 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 5–8 parts of polyurethane-SiO₂ nano-elastomer, 3–4.5 parts of modified glass fiber, 2–4 parts of plasticizer, 0.2–0.5 parts of antioxidant and 0.5–0.8 parts of lubricant in parts by weight, putting into an internal mixer for internal mixing at 165–175°C to obtain a blend; S2, conveying the blend obtained in S1 to a twin-screw extruder for granulation at a working temperature of 165–175°C to obtain a composite material; S3, feeding the composite material obtained in S2 into an injection molding machine for melting at 165–175°C, injecting into a mold, and cooling to obtain the corrosion-resistant composite material tunnel bridge. The modified glass fiber is prepared by modifying glass fiber with a silane coupling agent. The tunnel bridge prepared by the present invention has both excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
