The invention provides a preparation method of green and environmentally friendly reclaimed rubber, belonging to the field of reclaimed rubber manufacturing. The invention puts waste rubber powder and biomass material into a first stirring and mixing device, discharges after the material is heated to a set temperature, feeds into a second stirring and mixing device, stirs under an inert gas atmosphere, and discharges after the material is heated to a set temperature; the material is fed into a first twin-screw extruder via a continuous closed conveying device, the screw extruder temperature is controlled at 100℃–160℃, and depolymerization is completed within 3–7 minutes; then it enters a second screw extruder via a continuous closed conveying device, the temperature of the second screw extruder is controlled at 5–25℃, cooled for 2–5 minutes, filtered to remove impurities, and sheeted through a two-roll refiner to obtain the green and environmentally friendly reclaimed rubber compound. The invention uses biomass-derived rubber reclamation agents and softeners as reclamation auxiliaries to realize depolymerization and reclamation of waste rubber at low temperatures. The reclamation process has low energy consumption and little environmental pollution.
