The invention provides a preparation method of a micro-nano inorganic particle-reinforced PP composite material, comprising the following steps: mixing PP pellets, micro-nano inorganic particles and dispersant; feeding into a twin-screw extruder for melt blending, extrusion and granulation to obtain pellets; drying the pellets and injection-molding via an injection molding machine to obtain the composite material. The invention enhances the mechanical properties of PP material by using micro-nano inorganic particles. The matrix of the micro-nano inorganic particles is a micro-crosslinked structure formed by microgel particles connected via physical forces obtained by starch carbonization. By doping helical fibers, an interpenetrating three-dimensional network is formed to further enhance the stability of the micro-crosslinked structure. When the material is loaded, stress is first borne by the three-dimensional structure, then transferred to carbonized helical fibers, and finally evenly distributed to microgel particles, thereby reducing stress concentration and improving the fracture resistance of the material.
