The preparation method is as follows: banburying and mixing polyamide resin, compatibilizer, antioxidant and lubricant, feeding the mixture into a twin-screw extruder through the main feeding port, adding modified composite filler via side feeding, and completing melt extrusion, cooling and pelletizing to obtain the product. Zirconia is in-situ grown on glass fibers, and a compound catalyst composed of tetramethylammonium hydroxide and ethylenediamine is adopted to graft more silane coupling agents, enhancing the interfacial bonding force between composite filler and polyamide. Syringaldehyde is used for filler surface modification to improve compatibility with the polyamide system and react with anhydride groups in styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer, thereby significantly improving the mechanical strength of modified polyamide.
