The invention provides a plastic defoamer and its preparation method. The defoamer is prepared by mixing modified calcium oxide, low-density polyethylene, polypropylene, paraffin wax, calcium carbonate, ethyl acrylate and titanate coupling agent in a mixer at 120℃ for 20 minutes, followed by extrusion and granulation using a twin-screw extruder. In the present invention, a specially formulated composite fiber component is grafted and immobilized on the surface of calcium oxide, increasing the contact area with the plastic matrix. The dendritic composite fibers act as capillary tubes to concentrate surrounding moisture onto calcium oxide for chemical reaction, eliminating moisture and thereby reducing bubbles and cavities. Meanwhile, the composite fibers enhance steric hindrance to prevent calcium oxide agglomeration. Combined with the lubricating effect of paraffin wax, the uniform dispersion of calcium oxide and calcium carbonate as well as the interfacial bonding strength with the plastic matrix are further improved, which optimizes the mechanical properties of plastics.
