The present invention relates to a preparation method of a refrigerant-resistant low-precipitation glass fiber reinforced PBT resin composition. Polybutylene terephthalate, glass fibers, antioxidant, copper inhibitor and distilled water are subjected to melt blending, extrusion and pelletization through a twin-screw extruder to obtain a pre-finished product, and then the pre-finished product is transferred to a rotary kettle solid-state polycondensation equipment for viscosity increasing to obtain the refrigerant-resistant low-precipitation glass fiber reinforced PBT resin composition. Based on the total mass of polybutylene terephthalate, glass fibers, antioxidant, copper inhibitor and distilled water, the content of distilled water is 0.01–0.15%. The glass fiber reinforced PBT resin composition prepared by the method of the present invention has the characteristics of low terminal carboxyl group content, low precipitation of small molecular substances, uniform and stable mechanical properties, high fluidity and low cost, and fundamentally solves the problem of high precipitation of small molecular substances when the glass fiber reinforced PBT resin composition is used for a long time in refrigerant and refrigeration oil media.
