The invention relates to the technical field of woven fabrics, and discloses a preparation process of a wear-resistant flame-retardant woven fabric. Polyethylene resin, organosilicon DOPO flame retardant, maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene and antioxidant are placed in a twin-screw extruder for melt extrusion, made into a film by a cast film machine, then cut into precursor filaments by a flat filament machine, drawn and shaped to obtain wear-resistant flame-retardant polyethylene flat filaments. In the organosilicon DOPO flame retardant of the invention, the polymer molecular chain of the flame retardant contains DOPO and siloxane flame retardant structures, forming a phosphorus-silicon flame retardant system, improving the limiting oxygen index of the flat filament woven fabric and having better flame retardant performance. The compatibilizer maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene is added in the invention, so that the organosilicon DOPO flame retardant and polyethylene resin have better compatibility, which is conducive to improving the mechanical properties of the woven fabric and showing higher breaking force, elongation at break and wear resistance.
