The preparation method involves mixing and stirring the TPO skin recycled material with the molecular weight regulator, followed by adding copolymer PP, toughening agent, weathering agent, compatibilizer, antioxidant, filler, and colorant for continued mixing and stirring. The mixture is then fed into a twin-screw extruder for extrusion, cooling, drying, and pelletizing. This invention innovatively utilizes recycled TPO skin material in the production of specialized automotive exterior components such as fenders and wheel arches. It fully meets the performance requirements for these automotive exterior applications, thereby replacing high-impact PP or PE materials.
