The present invention relates to a wide-temperature-range noise-reducing and weather-resistant PC/ASA alloy and a preparation method thereof, comprising the following components in parts by weight: PC resin, ASA resin, damping rubber, light stabilizer, compatibilizer, antioxidant, lubricant. The preparation method of the alloy comprises the following steps: (a) adding PC resin, ASA resin, damping rubber, light stabilizer, compatibilizer, antioxidant and lubricant into a mixing mixer for mixing; (b) blending and pelletizing the mixture obtained in step a through a twin-screw extruder, and performing melt extrusion and pelletization to obtain the PC/ASA alloy. Compared with the prior art, the present invention introduces self-made damping rubber to broaden the Tg temperature range of the PC/ASA alloy, so that the temperature corresponding to the peak loss factor matches the actual application scenario temperature, thereby obtaining a wide-temperature-range noise-reducing and weather-resistant PC/ASA alloy.
