This invention first mixes raw materials uniformly through stirring, then melts them in a twin-screw extruder. Finally, a wetting and coating process ensures the plastic matrix thoroughly envelops the glass fibers, significantly enhancing the material’s mechanical properties. The resulting composite exhibits excellent resistance and mechanical performance.
