The invention discloses a low-carbon recyclable RPP material and a method for preparing tableware therefrom. The preparation method includes the following steps: mixing polypropylene, composite heat stabilizer and chain extender evenly in a high-speed mixer, and extruding and pelletizing by a twin-screw extruder to obtain low-carbon recyclable RPP material. The RPP pellets are added into an injection molding machine with optimized processing parameters for injection molding. Finished products are placed for natural heat dissipation to obtain degradable tableware. The composite heat stabilizer improves thermal stability, enabling the tableware to withstand a continuous high temperature of 126℃. The chain extender effectively enhances the recycling performance of RPP materials.
