The present invention relates to an oyster shell environmental protection material, a preparation method and application thereof. The oyster shell environmental protection material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80–110 parts of oyster shell powder, 8–15 parts of bagasse powder, 8–15 parts of pine needle emulsion, 20–25 parts of blending agent, and 8–10 parts of coupling agent. The oyster shell environmental protection material is used to replace melamine for making tableware. The oyster shell environmental protection material of the present invention releases no hazardous substances when heated, is safer, has better heat resistance than melamine, and is more durable.
