An Integrated Inductive Material Suitable for Low-Pressure Molding and Its Preparation Method

The present invention discloses an integrated inductive material suitable for low-pressure molding and its preparation method. Surface-coated ferrosilicon-chromium powder is uniformly blended with epoxy resin at varying ratios. The mixture undergoes melt blending via a twin-screw extruder, followed by comminution into powder using a crusher. Powders with high and low solid content are obtained. These are mechanically stirred and uniformly mixed at different ratios (high-to-low solid content ratio of 3–5:7–5), yielding an integrated inductive material with high flowability and high solid content. This invention addresses the poor flowability issue associated with uniformly dispersing high-solid-content ferrosilicon-chromium powder, ensuring high flowability even at elevated overall filler levels. Consequently, it enables molding at low pressures as low as 5 MPa.
