A Graphene/PA10T Nanocomposite and Its Preparation Method

The present invention discloses a graphene/PA10T nanocomposite and its preparation method. First, graphene powder undergoes functionalization treatment. Then, the functionalized graphene powder is dispersed in a solvent to form a functionalized graphene slurry. PA10T resin pellets are added to the functionalized graphene slurry. After thorough and uniform mixing and drying, graphene/ PA10T blend pellets. The blend pellets and relevant additives are then fed into a twin-screw extruder. Through extrusion, stranding, and pelletizing, graphene/PA10T nanocomposites are obtained. This invention achieves uniform dispersion of graphene within the PA10T matrix, fully leveraging the superior properties of graphene material. Depending on the graphene loading, high-strength, conductive, or thermally conductive PA10T composites can be prepared. Moreover, the preparation process is simple and suitable for industrial-scale production, further expanding the application scope of the specialty engineering plastic PA10T.
