This invention pertains to the field of polymer materials technology, specifically a high-opening, slip-enhancing metallocene polyethylene composition and its preparation method.
The raw materials for the composition include mLLDPE resin, antioxidant 1076, antioxidant 168, processing aid PPA, slip agent, and opening agent, obtained via the following method:
First, uniformly blend the required quantities of mLLDPE resin, antioxidant 1076, antioxidant 168, processing aid PPA, slip agent, and opening agent to form a mixed material;
Then, the mixed material is poured into the extruder hopper and quantitatively fed into a co-rotating twin-screw extruder. The mixed material undergoes melting, melt blending, reaction, and molding into a strand. It is subsequently water-cooled, pelletized, and air-dried to obtain the final product.
The inventive high-opening, smooth metallocene polyethylene composition simultaneously exhibits excellent opening properties, smoothness, and transparency. It also enhances film processing efficiency and optical performance, broadening its application scope.
