Preparation Method for Bio-Based Nylon 56 Knitted Fabric

The present invention discloses a method for preparing bio-based nylon 56 knitted fabrics. Mica-based cooling masterbatch is added to bio-based nylon 56, followed by pelletizing, drying, and blending. The mixture is then fed into a twin-screw extruder to melt into a composite melt, followed by spinning the melt into filaments and knitting these filaments into fabric. This process integrates the cooling masterbatch into the filaments as an integral component. Compared to adding cooling agents during post-treatment, the fabric of the present invention effectively avoids issues where cooling agents degrade due to washing, thereby ensuring the durability of the cooling effect. Additionally, the spinneret micro-holes are configured in a cross-shaped structure, resulting in mica-cooling nylon 56 filaments with a cross-sectional “X” shape. Compared to circular or elliptical cross-sections, this cross-sectional design significantly increases the filament’s specific surface area, thereby enhancing the fabric’s thermal conductivity and moisture permeability.
