The product comprises, by weight: 20-62 parts of a thermoplastic polyester resin composition; 1-10 parts of an olefin copolymer; 1-10 parts of a toughening agent; 15-35 parts of glass fiber; and 10-30 parts of silica filler. The thermoplastic polyester resin composition comprises PBT and PET, with PBT constituting more than 70% by weight and PET constituting no less than 9.5% by weight in the thermoplastic polyester resin composition; Method: Mix all raw materials except glass fiber to form a mixture. Feed the mixture into a twin-screw extruder through the main feed port while simultaneously feeding glass fiber into the extruder through a side feed port. Control the extruder processing temperature between 220–260°C. Extrude and pelletize to obtain the product. The method of the present invention is simple, and the product exhibits both excellent low warpage and low dielectric properties.
