This invention pertains to a preparation method for fine paste-like recycled rubber within the field of waste rubber recycling. The preparation method involves uniformly preheating and permeating waste rubber powder to induce swelling. The material is then fed into a co-rotating twin-screw extruder via a continuous, sealed, temperature-controlled conveying and metering device. Under the combined effects of temperature and shear force within the extruder, the compacted material thoroughly breaks down the three-dimensional cross-linked network of waste rubber, achieving rapid desulfurization and regeneration. The resulting material is fed into a grinding disc crusher. At low temperatures, mutual friction between the rotating and stationary grinding discs and the material further refines it. Finally, a forming device and cooling device cool the material, packaging it into the desired fine paste-like recycled rubber product. The production process offers advantages of operational safety, simplicity, continuity, energy efficiency, and environmental friendliness. The resulting paste rubber exhibits excellent fineness and minimal odor, making it widely applicable in modified asphalt, waterproofing membranes, and rubber products.
