The preparation method of the stain-resistant and antibacterial thermoplastic elastomer pellet comprises the following steps: introducing nitrogen into a four-necked flask to create a nitrogen atmosphere, then adding dodecanedioic acid and 2-methyl-1,3-propanediol into the four-necked flask, adding dibutyltin dilaurate, and heating for reaction at a high temperature; adding an antibacterial agent, a stain-resistant agent and a compatibilizer into the four-necked flask, stirring for reaction, then placing the mixture in a twin-screw extruder for melt extrusion, cooling and pelletization to obtain the stain-resistant and antibacterial thermoplastic elastomer pellet. The thermoplastic elastomer pellet prepared by the present invention has excellent antibacterial and stain-resistant properties, with an antibacterial rate of more than 95% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and a stain-resistant effect of up to 84%.
