The present invention discloses a TPU alloy material with high wear resistance, fast molding and easy demolding, and a preparation method thereof. The method adopts a two-stage twin-screw extruder, comprising: feeding 5–35 parts by mass of macromolecular polyester diol, 5–35 parts by mass of macromolecular polyether diol, 1–10 parts by mass of small molecular diol chain extender and 1–20 parts by mass of diisocyanate from the main feeding port of the upper stage of the twin-screw extruder to prepare a TPU melt via the upper-stage screw; feeding 30–50 parts by mass of TPEE from the feeding port of the lower-stage screw of the twin-screw extruder for melt blending with the TPU melt prepared by the upper-stage screw; feeding 0.03–0.25 parts by mass of lubricant A and 0.05–0.3 parts by mass of lubricant B from the second vent of the lower-stage screw of the twin-screw extruder; and pelletizing the melt finally extruded by the twin-screw extruder via underwater cutting to obtain the TPU alloy material with high wear resistance, fast molding and easy demolding.
