The invention provides a high-temperature-resistant nylon material and a preparation method thereof, comprising the following steps: drying nylon 66; adding ethylene bis-stearamide and antioxidant, and mixing uniformly to obtain a premix; using a co-rotating twin-screw extruder with a side-feeding process, feeding modified magnesium aluminate fiber membrane separately from the side feeder and the premix from the main feeder, and performing extrusion and granulation. The invention adopts a film-like structure of modified magnesium aluminate fiber membrane, which can thermally reinforce nylon 66, better disperse and bear thermal stress at high temperatures, and enhance its mechanical properties. The magnesium aluminate fiber membrane is coated with phenolic resin and sintered to form a carbon film. As the sintering temperature rises, the carbon film forms a porous structure. The porous carbon film reduces heat transfer due to air in the pores, thereby improving the high-temperature resistance of the material.
