The halogen-free flame retardant elements nitrogen, phosphorus and silicon in the flame retardant exert synergistic flame retardancy, endowing the color masterbatch of the present invention with excellent flame retardant effect. The carbon-carbon double bonds and siloxane bonds on the flame retardant chemically bond the PVC resin with the flame retardant, as well as the flame retardant with the pigment, filler and filling material, so that these raw materials are highly dispersed and stably present in the color masterbatch. Therefore, the color masterbatch of the present invention has uniform color dispersion, as well as uniform, stable and excellent flame retardancy.
