A Food Packaging Material Based on Cellulose Nanocrystals

The invention discloses a food packaging material based on cellulose nanocrystals, belonging to the technical field of packaging materials. Mix 3–5 parts of cellulose nanocrystals, 8–15 parts of water-soluble polymer and 100 parts of deionized water, dry, crush, then add 100 parts of degradable polymer, 1–5 parts of ethylene-ethyl acetate copolymer, 1–3 parts of additives, 0.1–1 part of maleic anhydride, 0.1–1 part of anticaking agent and 0.02–0.04 parts of initiator into a twin-screw extruder for blending, extrusion blow molding and winding to obtain the food packaging material. Hydrogen bonding exists between powder particles and additives, and chemical interaction exists between additives and PBAT. Therefore, cellulose nanocrystal-containing powder particles and additives containing benzophenone structures, hindered amine structures and quaternary ammonium salt structures can be highly dispersed and stably present in the food packaging material, thereby endowing the material with excellent and stable mechanical properties, aging resistance and antibacterial properties.
