The present invention discloses a preparation method of composite functional powder, cool-feeling antistatic polyester masterbatch and fiber, comprising: modification treatment of aluminum nitride powder and multi-walled carbon nanotubes, and preparation of modified aluminum nitride/multi-walled carbon nanotube composite functional powder; preparation of cool-feeling antistatic polyester masterbatch through a twin-screw extruder; and finally preparation of profiled cool-feeling antistatic polyester fiber through melt spinning. The aluminum nitride and multi-walled carbon nanotubes in the composite functional powder prepared by the present invention have a mutually promoting dispersion effect, which can effectively improve the uniform dispersion of the powder in polyester. The cool-feeling antistatic functional masterbatch obtained by blending and extrusion has a high concentration, and the polyester fiber prepared by mixed spinning has the advantages of excellent cool-feeling and antistatic properties, low addition amount of functional materials and simple process.
